   This shop is so well organized and a well oiled machine. Andrew Durkin (owner) and Tatiana (service manager)  and Xander (service scheduler) are incredible individuals who truly care about taken care of their customers. The shop, restroom, and waiting area are clean, welcoming and pleasant. I highly highly recommend this shop to take your European models to.    We had my wife's 2014 Volkswagen Tiguan intake valves and intake manifold ports decarbonized. Monday evening we dropped off the vehicle to get this done on Tuesday.

Tuesday, Zander the service writer called us and let us know they would need an extra day to complete the work. He offered a loaner vehicle until Wednesday when the job is done. We went to pick up the vehicle and mentioned to take there time so the job is done correctly. The loaner was a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta.

Wednesday the vehicle was ready. My wife dropped off the loaner and picked up the VW Tiguan. Right way she noticed the power and acceleration was faster. The engine idling smoothly again.

My wife was pleased with the shops work. I was impressed with the communication, professionalism, friendliness, and price. Ultimate European Repair was cheaper than the dealership  price for the same job.

We would highly recommend Ultimate European Repair to anyone with a Volkswagen in our case. This is the shop for the Tiguan from now on.

   Great teams, and companies, are lead by great leaders/owners/founders: Andrew is the man behind the magic, with EXTENSIVE dealership experience, foreign automotive wisdom and excellence in work production, while adding in a passion for automotive performance in general.    Brought my Mini Cooper F56 for what I thought it was a broken external door handle and after doing the inspection they found a disconnected cable and they connected back for the same price of the diagnosis. They call me and let me know that my brake fluid Flush was due and I went ahead and completed the service. They also found a leak on my wiper windshield fluid pump but I left that pending for my next visit.

The manager Tatiana was the one that communicating with me during the whole process.

   Being a repeat customer for routine service of of our Mercedes by the team at Ultimate European Repair Center continues to exceed our expectations.

They have saved me hundreds of dollars by not having unnecessary service done based on another centers suggestion; proving second opinions do matter.  They are a prime example of what optimal customer service is and their respect for the customer is their number one goal.  The business model they have in place is one that other businesses do not come close to duplicating.

   They did great work on my daughter's '15 VW Beetle. We were guessing on one part that way going to be very expensive. Turned out to be two smaller items that were half the price.    These guys were great and would highly recommend them for service on your European cars. Were very professional there was no BS on what needs to be done and was a great price and they also will tell you if something truly needs to be done.  I personally sat down with the owner he listened to what was going on got repairs made and the car runs so much smoother.  I will also like to say sometimes accidents happen and a paint repair or other can happen he did not hesitate to make it right and repair the issue the issue was myself that I got upset and did not take back to get fixed.  So if you come to this shop and something isn’t right just reach out to the owner he is very professional and will get you taken care of don’t leave negative feedbacks give them chance as I was negative and he resolved my issues and will definitely go back for future service.  Verified  I recently moved from New Jersey to Arizona and a couple of moths ago and  my Mercedes E300 replace brake pad indicated came on a couple of days ago.This was the first time that I noticed this indicator and I didn't want to continue driving around with this going on. Since I'm new to the area I wasn't sure where to bring my car for service. I didn't want to get "screwed". I did my research and saw that Ultimate European Repair received numerous positive reviews and I took it upon faith and decided to bring my car there. I was pleasantly surprised by how professional everyone was. I was greeted by Tatiana who was very pleasant and kept me updated as to what was being done and I felt confident that I wouldn't get "screwed". I decided to let them do the work and they stated that I could pick the car up later but I decided because of traffic during the pickup time that I would get it the following day. The next day they provided me with a Lyft to pick up my car. When I arrived Andrew and Tatiana greeted me and showed me the documentation of everything that was done.    I can’t say enough good things about Ultimate European Repair. After a dealership repair, my car started showing a “drivetrain malfunction” warning. I took it to a couple places and the answer was basically, “could be anything,” with the first recommendation being to start replacing parts—one quote was a $4,000 replacement.

Ultimate European Repair actually investigated. They traced the issue back to a simple missing cap on a valve—$3.42 to fix. No upsell. No guessing. Just thorough troubleshooting, honesty, and real expertise. I have a 2013 BMW 535i that I keep in great shape, and this shop is the only place that consistently treats it with care and respect.

Thank you to the team for saving me thousands and for your integrity. If you want a mechanic who will diagnose first and replace later, this is the place.

   This shop is honest, transparent, and has great communication.  Called for an oil change and issues with AC (car had been taken in twice to dealer for this issue). They offered to have car looked at same day. Due to AC issue I already suspected a few days of diagnostic/repair and was able coordinate with Lisa to have loaner the same day.

What was found was not only an oil change, but an oil leak and the AC was not working due to compressor and condenser needing to be replaced. Options were always offered for each issue with honest recommendations.

Honestly, the best car service we have ever received. There's also the added bonus of getting to pet the shop doggo Zeus. Car was dropped off Tuesday and was ready for pick up Thursday. We will continue take our cars to this shop.

   I took my Volkswagen Passat for a software update. Volkswagen dealer said they would need to keep the car for 2-3 days and my usual mechanic did not have the software.    Very courteous, detailed, and professional. They gave me a detailed printout with pictures of the issues they found during the inspection so I could see what they found! Prices were about half  of the dealer price. Since my car was going to take a couple of days past they estimate due to parts arriving late; they offered me a loaner to use until the work was completed!!!    I’ve been taking my BMW to Andrew for almost 7 years now . Andrew and his people are true pros and Andrew’s expertise on BMW's  is such a valuable resource and the reason why I will not go anywhere else to get my car serviced or repaired. I would highly recommend Ultimate European to anyone and already have done so . The staff continues to provide HIGH CLASS service. They had availability that day so I dropped it off. The following day, I received phone calls with status of what was found and I authorized all recommendations due for the mileage. Service was 10 out of 10. —— This was after I had taken my car in for a check engine light  and  diagnostic. I was charged 250.00 for the diagnostic fee only to walk out of the shop with no concrete answers. I was told if they couldn’t find or fix the problem that I wouldn’t have to pay but ended up being charged. ——- Andrew was then made aware of his staff providing less than excellent customer service and he certainly made things right after this incident by following up and asking for an opportunity to do the diagnostic again, he found the issue and fixed it at a reasonable cost and went the extra mile by providing a loaner after the previous experience and then had our car ready to go in a timely manner.    My car broke 2 days after I purchased it. The place I originally had it towed to could not fix the issue. I called Andrew (very professional gentleman), and he was able to help me in  my panicked state.  He was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly and efficiently.    I have an Audi Q5 and I needed to get to a repair shop that really knew how to fix my car.  I ran up on Ultimate European Car Repair and was very pleased with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, I received great customer service, they had a loaner car available to use while my car was in for a repair, (which is great because that’s half the battle of having to go and rent a vehicle), and when they did my diagnostic, they really took the time to explain everything to me and even provided photos of what they saw under the hood. That immediately helped me build trust with them. So even with just those few things alone I was very pleased with the type of service I received at this repair shop.    I normally do all my repairs and service on my Audi Q7 myself so pretty mechanically inclined. I took my car to Ultimate European Auto because I wanted someone who specialize in European German cars to give me an honest assessment of my vehicle within 24 hours I received an assessment and an estimate on the repairs And was extremely happy with the outcome of their service. Greg was my service advisor and he kept me informed all the way through the service and repairs. It’s nice to know that there is honest, hard-working repair shot with integrity as the cornerstone of their business great job guys, hope to not come back to see you, but if I do, I know I’m in good hands

   Kenneth the coordinator/concierge is a pretty good guy. He is knowledgeable and professional, and does a great job keeping you informed. My repairs are always done quicker than expected.    Ultimate European Repair quickly assessed my issues for free and came up with a plan of action to repair vehicle.  They were able to replace both control arm bushings, replaced all four rotors and brakes as well as the cabin filter within a few hours.  My X5 drives like new!

   Service was excellent, an estimate was provided, along with recommendations for necessary repairs versus items that could wait.  Repairs were completed quickly and they even followed up after the service to ensure everything was running great!

Not a ton cheaper than going to a dealership, but it is closer and a nice alternative.

 Verified  I came in with my 2012 vw gti with many misfires. After doing with what I can do, I took it to a mechanic who had no idea what is wrong with it. So I gave this place a shot next, and wow... they were amazing every day. Every day I was given a call about the progress on my car and what was happening to it. They always checked in with me. They ended up taking a week to fix my vehicle but I don't blame them since the problem was very tricky to even find. I was worried my aftermarket parts might be missing or causing issues with the tech but it was treated as a normal stock vehicle. In the end, it ended up costing way more than expected but with what they offered other than the actual job, I was okay with it. I got my moneys worth for sure since it's been running amazingly ever since then. Actually, even better than before it broke down. I would recommend this place if they actually love their cars and if anything else were to happen mechanically to my car again, I would come back!

   Ultimate European has worked on my Porsche Macan twice now; one appointment for an oil change and another appointment for brakes, tires, and alignment. I can’t recommend them enough. The work was done in a timely manner, they came in cheaper than the dealership, I was consistently updated on the status of the job they were working on, and my car handles better than ever.    Had my Audi serviced here because Audi Peoria didn't have any available appointments for several weeks.  Now I am kind of glad they didn't because this place just gained a new customer.  For the many years I have been going to Audi, I have never seen their garage or ever have been given a little "thank you" goodie bag - this place delivered both.

Anyways, I had several lights alarming in my car including the engine light.  Diagnostics, repairs and pricing were talked about prior to getting anything done and I received my car in a timely manner.  Heidi was who I was in main contact with and she is the sweetest.    Took my 5 series into this shop for the first time and the results, after repairs, were nothing short of beyond exceptional. Worth noting, I am real particular when it comes to my vehicles.    I recently brought my 2013 Cooper S in for an alignment after doing a bit of a suspension overhaul with a mix of OE and aftermarket performance parts. Right off the bat I felt welcomed and that they were eager to get things done , I had specific alignment requests that strayed from factory specs and they were happy to do that for me even pulling me in the shop to double check I was satisfied with the results The waiting room is clean comfortable , and has a fair assortment of complimentary items .Favorite European shop to date, ive been all over Arizona between  dealerships and euro shops I’ll definitely be back .

   For several years I have been trying to find a quality service team for my BMW.  UER did an excellent job fixing a long time oil leak on my 2001 740iL.  Riley was exceptional in his service and communication during the process.  I will continue to use this team to service my vehicle.  Thank you so much for being good at what you do.

   Drew and the team are the best.  Their recommendations are always spot on, honest and provide a great value.  I have never had a repair shop warranty their work before I used UEA.  Funny, I have never needed it because all of my work was done right the first time. I literally drive from across town to get my BMW serviced and its always a better drive home than it was on the way there. There are many places to get your bimmer fixed but I would not risk it.

   These guys were absolutely amazing! They got me in super last minute and fixed everything that needed fixed within the day before I left town for work.    I recommend 😀. I own two Mini Coopers in the west valley and fed up with having to drive all the way to Tempe or Scottsdale for annual maintenance.

Justin greets you with a smile, reviews your schedule of maintenance. He will provide an estimated completion time.

Their prices are fair (I called a Mini dealer. $129 without coupon. UER charged me $119)

They were pleasant, efficient, on time, fairly priced and in the West Valley!

If I could suggest and improved coffee machine.  The existing machine is difficult to understand and operate.

Oh, nice clean bathroom!  Hard to find this in a smaller shop as the mechanics are often using it with dirty hands.

   Andrew, Alex, and Justin are some of the courteous and most professional in the industry. I've completely lost faith in dealership service departments, and I came to UER to give them a try. I was not disjointed with the quality of care, and they actually saved me thousands of dollars in repairs that the dealership recommended, that I didn't even end up needing to fix my issue.    Ultimate European Repair did a thorough job of diagnosing problems with my 2001 BMW 330i.  They found the oil pan gasket leaking which I already knew about.  They also found a  power steering fluid leak, a leaking shifter shaft seal, and deteriorating engine mounts.  They also recommended removing the aftermarket oil catch can system and restoring the crankcase ventilation system back to original.

I was going to approve all the repairs except for restoring the ccv system, but after speaking with Andrew, agreed to do that as well.  I appreciate that he is a BMW enthusiast like me, so I feel confident he knows what he's talking about.

They performed the repairs as promised in a reasonable time frame (less than 1 week).  The price is more than I'm used to, but I've never had a BMW or any luxury make before.  I trust they are cheaper than a BMW dealer.

About a week after the service was done, Justin? called me to follow up.  I told him that the shifter is much tighter than before, and the steering feels firmer.  I appreciate his following up on their service, and he was happy to hear my feedback.

   My Fiancée took my BMW here BUT I’m taking credit because I found this place online . They were very Welcoming !! They listened to what the issue was, gave me a diagnostic for the  car 48 hrs later also let me kno what else is in need of fixing . They let me decide what services i wanted Done without pressuring me to get more  done . They had my car READY AND CLEANED  check engine light OFF ! They also have the best snacks I’ve ever seen at any car shop or doctors office. And the kindest Dog in the front office . This is my Office car shop for my 328.    A few weeks ago my 2013 CC VW was leaking oil from the oil cooler so I brought it to Ultimate European Repair and they were able to fix my car the very next day. They were very polite, professional and saved me money compared to what the dealership was trying to charge me. They even gave me an awesome gift box as a thank you for choosing them. I had a great experience with Ultimate European Repair and completely recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for good service at a reasonable price.

   I had transmission issues with my 5 series not shifting properly, warning alerts on my display. I called Ultimate European and they had it in their shop the next day doing a full diagnostics on my transmission. They got it fixed and shifting like the first day I bought my car.    This is the best place for BMWs. I’ve had Ultimate European repair shop work on my BMW twice and both times they were extremely professional. Their customer service is amazing.    Best BMW repair shop in the valley and the only shop that services my M3. They've earned it.

Ive taken my car there for service since purchasing it in 2016. This time it was to diagnose the AC and fix a small head gasket leak.  Considering the size of the two jobs, I got the car back in a timely fashion and the staff took the time to explain what was going on. I ended up taking the loner at no cost during the repair.  As a BMW guy It was kind of nice driving the older X5.

I felt like I was their only customer despite the ongoing workload.  Don't hesitate to give them your business!

   They replaced some suspension bushing on the front end of my Audi did an oil change and fixed an breather tube leak at a pleasing price.
I was extremely pleased with all the work  they did on my car. I love dealing with professionals and they truly are. But their friendly attitudes and the honesty was what impressed me the most.
This is the only place I will ever bring my Audi to be worked on.
But just one thing I would wish for is that they some day open a service center on the far North side of town but till then I don’t have a problem at all driving 45 miles for the incredible service that I received.

   Andrew,Patrick and Amanda were all fantastic.We had first taken our car for a scheduled maintenance and were told we needed several things with a 7000+ in additional repairs.

   I brought my convertible in for issues with the convertible top not working. They explained why it wasn’t working Got the top to function in the safe mode. Recommended the best body shop in the valley. I will bring my new BMW convertible there for all my future service needs!!! They are simply the best value for $ if you own a BMW. I got a quote for rear brakes for the BMW I ended up trading in. The dealer where I bought a 2017 3 series said are you sure about that price for the rear brake job. It is way too low!!!    First off I would like to say Thanks to Andrew and his staff. Never have I felt like the mechanic had my interest in mind when recommending repairs. Andrew explains the best options/recommendation for your situation and communicates the option with you to the point of feeling comfortable with the decision made. Their shop is so clean that I would feel more comfortable eating off their floor then most restaurants. I honestly can say I never walked away from a mechanics shop feeling so satisfied with the money I had to spend. They are fair, fast and so professional, it really shows when an owner takes pride in their service they offer.    THE CLUTCH WENT OUT IN MY 2010 MINI COOPER CLUBMAN S. THE SHOP TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM AND WENT OUT THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE CORRECTLY . THEY CALLED ME EVERY WEEK , FOR AT LEAST 4 WEEKS , TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK ANY PROBLEM, THAT I HAD WAS CORRECTED IMMEDIATELY  I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY  FOR ANY REPAIRS.

   This is an honest place tsingle ladies and guys that don't know anything about cars can take their car to without fearing they will be taken advantage of.  My experience was great.  I took a car I just bought in for an oil change.  They did the oil change and told me the things that needed repaired.  Explained the urgency of needed repairs, sent me a text with those repairs, photos, and the cost.  When I picked up the car I was given a print out in color.  They did NOT try to convince me to have a bunch of repairs the car doesn't need.  I have gone to mechanics that have tried to scare me into having repairs done that were not needed.  It gives me a lot of comfort knowing I have a honest, trustworthy mechanic looking to make a customer for life and not trying to take advantage of me being a single female.

   My Mini Cooper S convertible was overheating.  Andrew Durkins assessed the situation, recommended replacing the water pump and thermostat.  It worked and saved me thousands not having to replace a cylinder head or more complicated engine work.  This is my first experience with Andrew and Amanda (owners).    I trust that they only recommend repairs for something that truly needs to be done. They recently repaired an item under their warranty no charge I did not know was an issue.
We took our car in for recall at a dealer, the dealer gave us a list of about 5 items that needed to be repaired. One item had been repaired. The dealer did not test the item to see if bad but did a visual as assumed it was still leaking.  A year later one of the dealer recommended items finally needed fixing.

I will continue my love of second hand Beemers... couldn’t do it without him.    This place is excellent! The owner Andrew is very knowledgeable and will make sure you leave satisfied and taken care of. Always get my oil changes and inspections here the staff is wonderful and very helpful. I have a 740 Li and the first couple months I had it my sunroof shattered on the highway via flying rocks. I came here and Andrew was able to help me get a new sunroof and it looked as good as new I dont know how much money I'd lose if I went to a BMW dealership. They have great prices for the best type of work offered around Phoenix. Really recommended this place for any BMW owners you wont regret it.
